Product How it works Coaches FAQ

Garmin data, a plan, and a coach.

Connect Garmin once. Each morning: readiness, today's session, and whether fitness is moving the right way.

Product

What you see after the first sync

Numbers against your own baseline — not a generic zone chart. The watch stays the place you train.

Today

Readiness first

Keep, ease, swap or rest — plus the session on the calendar and the HRV / sleep deltas behind the call.

Training

Plans on the watch

A block around a race, or a workout you build here. Paces and structure write through to Garmin.

Insights

Load, form, HRV

Training load and recovery against your baseline, with activities you can open by range.

Coaching

AI, or a human

Ask a coach that reads compact metrics. Link a person when you want notes and assigned sessions.

How it works

Connect once. The morning does the rest.

  1. 1

    Connect Garmin

One sign-in. The password is used for that step and never stored — you keep an encrypted token you can revoke.

  2. 2

    Morning briefing

Each day: how recovered you are, what the session is, and whether fitness is going the right way.

  3. 3

    Workouts on the watch

Race-plan paces and workouts you build here land on Garmin, so the hard work stays on the road.

If the server cannot reach Garmin, a browser extension or Garmin's official export zip still feed the same pipeline.

Accounts

Train alone, or coach a roster.

You pick athlete or coach when you create the account. Same product; extra room if you work with other people.

Athlete

Your numbers, your plan

Today, Training, Insights and the AI coach. Link a human coach when you want notes and assigned sessions.

Coach

A roster, not a shared login

Inbox for requests, a read-only view of each athlete, notes, and workouts you can assign.

FAQ

Things worth knowing

Are accounts separate?

Yes. Each account has its own password, sync and history. Queries always include a user id, so one person's numbers cannot appear on another person's charts.

Is the Garmin connection official?

No. The site signs in the way Garmin's mobile app does. It works today, but it is unofficial. If a datacentre IP gets blocked, the browser extension and the official export zip keep working.

What can a coach see?

Only athletes who link to them. A coach gets a read-only view of that training, can leave notes and assign workouts. They do not get the password or the Garmin login.

How often does data update?

Connected accounts sync every few hours. Opening the site can start a sync when the last one is stale. Older history comes in from Data sources.
